We are a Bellevue, Washington, based real estate investment, development, and management company. Our geographic areas of concentration are the Bellevue, Redmond, and Kirkland areas of King County and in Moses Lake, Grant County, Washington.
Many of our projects are in a U.S. designated Opportunity Zone and New Markets Tax Credit Zone.
Our portfolio includes premier aerospace and heavy industrial sites centered around the massive Grant County International Airport in Moses Lake, light industrial, logistics, and distribution projects, retail, and residential including multi-family, single family, and master planned community.
